Return Policy
To return a product you must call us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) at 302-996-9480. You can only request a RA# within 30 days after you receive the shipment. Please make sure that you write the RA# on the outside of the box you send back to us. Returns without an RA# will be refused. Returns must be shipped either by UPS or Federal Express Ground. Do not return via the United States Parcel Service (USPS) as there is no tracking number.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging as shipped by Galleyware. Any items returned in packaging other than the original packaging will be refused.
If you order products under our free shipping promotion and you decide to return them you must ship the goods via UPS or Federal Express at your expense. Upon receipt and inspection you will receive a credit to your credit card for the amount of the goods less the shipping charge that Galleyware incurred in the original shipment.
Shortages/Damages/Defects
You must inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shortages, damages or defects. You must notify us within seven (7) days of receipt of any shortages, damages or defects. Although your product may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we cannot take responsibility for any damages beyond this point and you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
If your product is received damaged we will notify the common carrier and make a claim with them. We will replace the damaged items.
If your product is received defective we will provide you with a UPS call tag and the items will be returned to us at our expense.
